David Ferguson joined the firm in 1981. His practice areas include General
Civil Litigation; Insurance Law -- defense and coverage issues; Real Estate
-- commercial transactions, litigation, planning and zoning, and historic
renovation; Business Litigation; School Law; and Employment Law.
David is a member of the American and Indiana State Bar Associations,
the Monroe County Bar Association, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.
David sits on the Monroe County Public Library Board of Trustees and the
Monroe County Parks and Recreation Board. David is also on the board of
the Monroe County Apartment Association and enjoys recreational soccer.
