Karen Howe Fernandez joined Ferguson & Ferguson in 1996. Her general civil litigation practice
includes Insurance Defense, Business Litigation, Business Organizations, and Civil Appeals.
Karen is a member of the American and Indiana State Bar Associations, DRI, and the Defense
Trial Counsel of Indiana. Before joining Ferguson & Ferguson, Karen worked for InterArt, Inc.
as Licensing Director and Counsel. Karen sits on the board of the Bloomington Montessori
School, and has been a member of the boards of the Bloomington Hospital's Hopewell Circle,
WFHB Community Radio, The Pinnacle School, and the Bloomington Farmer's Market Advisory Council.
