Megan Schueler joined Ferguson Law in 2013. Her practice includes insurance defense, personal injury, criminal law, family law, and general civil litigation. Megan is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association.
Megan has significant training, experience and trial work in the areas of insurance defense, personal injury; criminal defense, prosecution, and family law. Megan has been trained in ChildFirst, a research-based training program, developed for law enforcement professionals, that assists professionals in appropriately and competently interviewing children.
Megan's ChildFirst training assists her in providing criminal defense for those wrongfully accused of child abuse and in questioning child witnesses in a developmentally appropriate manner in civil and family law cases.
