Our tenant background checks help landlords comply with Fair Housing requirements. We assist landlords in setting tenancy guidelines for potential tenant. After the landlord sends the application to our firm, we review the tenant’s background and make the leasing decision based on the guidelines. Our staff will then prepare and send the landlord the adverse action letter, if necessary.
