Executive Assistant

Responsibilities:  Our Executive Assistant provides general administrative and legal support to four attorneys.  Applicants must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines. This job will include answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, handling daily incoming and outgoing mail, monitoring incoming documents for deadlines and other necessary actions, managing schedules and calendars, drafting correspondence, managing and maintaining client files, running daily errands, and research and special projects as assigned.

Schedule:  The position is full time, with a work schedule of Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.

Requirements:  Prior administrative experience and high school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university preferred. Valid driver’s license required. Local travel for errands as necessary, to include walking or driving. Most work is performed in a professional office setting and may require sitting for extended periods of time. Will occasionally be required to lift and move file boxes.

Qualifications:  Superior oral and written communication skills, able to interact effectively and professionally with staff and clients, consistent attention to detail and accuracy, able to determine priorities and manage multiple responsibilities, able to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations, excellent problem solving skills, highly organized, and solid computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and WordPerfect.
