Cassady Wicker
Cassady joined Ferguson Law as a law clerk in January 2026 while attending Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. She graduated with her J.D. in May 2026. Her practice interests include General Civil Litigation, Landlord and Tenant Law, Trusts and Estates, Family Law, Personal Injury Law, and School Law.
While in law school, Cassady participated in the Child Advocacy Clinic, where she worked with Kids’ Voice of Indiana as a Guardian Ad Litem and Court Appointed Special Advocate.
